Ticket Foundry is software you install on your own server. We don't have access to your data, your tickets, or your users. The only information we collect is what you voluntarily provide to us directly — like your email address if you sign up for launch notifications.
Launch notification emails — if you submit your email address on our Get page to be notified when Ticket Foundry is available, we store that address in our inbox. We use it only to notify you when the product launches. We don't send marketing emails, and we don't share or sell your address.
Website visits — we do not run analytics or tracking scripts on ticketfoundry.net. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
When you install and use Ticket Foundry, all data — tickets, users, notes, attachments, settings — lives entirely on your own server. We have no access to it. We don't receive telemetry, usage data, or any information from your install.
Ticket Foundry purchases are processed by Gumroad. Their privacy policy applies to the payment transaction. We receive only your email address and purchase confirmation — no payment details.
We use Postmark to send transactional emails from ticketfoundry.net (such as launch notifications). Emails are sent through their infrastructure. Their privacy policy applies to that transmission.
Launch notification emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or until the product launches and notifications have been sent. After that they are deleted.
You can ask us to remove your email address from our notify list at any time. Just send us an email and we'll take care of it promptly.
