Getting closer and closer to the release date. Since we have been using this for a month and tweaking it constantly, we keep finding better ways to do things. Things that need to be reworked. Things that did work and suddenly broke. It's been such a fun journey working on this, and we're looking forward to the public having access to it. We're really hoping that Ticket Foundry solves the issues that plague a lot of small to medium sized IT departments, which is accountability and tracking issues.
We're still trying to determine what price point I want to aim for. It's a very niche market, and too low will make it seem like a cheap knockoff where too high just won't be appealing at all. With everything being subscription based, we need to aim for a price point to draw people away from that, while also aiming to at least break even on our costs with developing this.
But the finish line is getting closer and closer, and we do have a fully functional product ready to go!
